The Ryan Fourt Trio: Record Release Series

All day

Songs of a Night is Ryan Fourt’s debut release with Moddl Records™. After years of leading bi-weekly gigs at Jay’s Bistro in Fort Collins, Ryan went into the studio with his regular bandmates and documented the incredible sensitivity they cultivated together. The record is a nod to the classic guitar trio aesthetic and features a beautifully curated spread of personalities. Join Ryan and his cohorts on Wednesday nights in August as they take a deeper dive into the music from the album and celebrate the record's release with a month-long residency at Nocturne Jazz and Supper Club.

Ryan Fourt’s career in music has spanned twenty years – between his beginnings studying music at the University of Arkansas to becoming a Lecturer and Jazz Guitar Instructor at the University of Wyoming (current), his life in music has been expansive and well documented throughout his twenty year journey with several recordings both as a leader and a sideman. On top of teaching and recording Ryan performs regularly and is the musical director at, Jay’s Bistro in Fort Collins Colorado. Ryan currently lives in Greeley Colorado but often ventures back to his home state of Arkansas to enjoy time with family and play a gig or two while he’s home.
