The Zweifel - Lewis - Wiens Trio

Spencer Zweifel is an accomplished jazz pianist who has performed in a wide variety of genres across Colorado as well as in tours around the US. Spencer graduated in 2019 with a degree in jazz studies from the University of Northern Colorado. In 2021, Spencer completed a Master’s in jazz studies at William Paterson University, where he studied with Bill Charlap, Aaron Diehl, and Geoffrey Keezer. In 2020 Zweifel formed the Spencer Zweifel Quintet which has since released 2 records, including 2022's 'Before It's Too Late'. 




Sunday Show Times:


Set One: 6:30 - 7:45pm


Set Two: 8:45 - 10:00pm


Important Notes and Reservation Information:


- Floor seats are reserved for Dinner and a Show Reservations (Music & Three Course Dinner Included)


- Reserved Bar Seats are $19 per guest and include music. Bar guests have access to the entire dinner menu as well as our wine & cocktail list


- Nocturne sets aside 5 to 7 bar seats for walk-in guests. Walk-in guests will have a music charge of $20 per person applied to their check on Wednesdays Thursdays and Sundays


     


We respectfully request that guests limit their visits to one set per reservation

The Matt Smiley Quartet

Bassist/composer Matt Smiley brings his stellar quartet (Briana Harris - sax, Ben Parrish - guitar, Dru Heller - drums) back to the Nocturne stage for a special show on Sunday, May 28th.  An avid explorer of jazz history and recordings, Matt Smiley has performed both nationally and internationally, including the Montreux, North Sea, and Montreal Jazz Festivals. Matt has a Bachelor's degree in Music Industry with a Jazz Studies minor from James Madison University, and a Master of Music in Jazz Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, and a PhD from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Matt has led many artist-in-residencies at Nocturne and his most recent album 'Crankbait' was released in spring of 2021 on the Nocturne Productions record label.
