Jason Greenlaw returns to the stage with hi s quartet to explore the music and deep grooves of the great Georg e Benson. This exceptional quartet featuring Tom Amend on piano\, Patrick McDevitt on bass\, and BK Kahn on drums will play some of Benson's most famous compositions along with rarely per formed deep cuts.
\nJason Greenlaw is a Denver-base d guitarist and composer who works across a number of genres including jaz z\, soul\, rock\, and funk. Trained at the University of Pittsburgh under Joe Negri and Geri Allen\, and has shared the stage with Takuya Kuroda\, T he Headhunters\, The Sugarhill Gang\, Kurt Rosenwinkel\, and the Pittsburg h Opera amongst others. Jason currently plays with Hazel Miller and the Co llective\, Sean Applebee and Beyond\, and leads a number of his own origin al genre bending projects.
